With a prime location, you're just a 5-minute walk from the sands of Leadbetter Beach, offering sun-soaked days and breathtaking sunsets. Extend your exploration just a bit further, and you'll find yourself at the charming Santa Barbara Harbor where you’ll discover fresh seafood and perhaps embark on a sailing adventure. For those seeking the vibrant energy of the Funk Zone or the trendy restaurants and shops of Lower State Street, a short bike ride or drive awaits. Whether you're a beach enthusiast, a harbor explorer, or a lover of the eclectic Funk Zone, our Mesa retreat is your ideal home base for a memorable Santa Barbara experience.

The entire property was renovated 2023, boasting a brand-new kitchen, new appliances, and fully updated bathrooms. There are two smart TVs to stream all your favorite shows. One is located in the living room and the other is in the primary bedroom. The private patio is equipped with a charcoal BBQ for outdoor cooking. You can also whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or simply relax in the cozy living area after a day at the beach.
Parking is free! There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house. There is space for 1 additional car in the garage as well.

This is a great condo! Very clean and comfortable. Some of our party have allergies to pets,dust, etc, but they had no issues here! The beds were very cozy and the kitchen had all the things you would want. Ours was a mommy and me trip with three girls and three moms, so we were definitely doing some cooking. There were spices already stocked (yay!). Very helpful was the oil removing kit- after a day at the beach we needed it! Only reason to not give 5 stars is that one of the dressers was not usable due to unsecured screws, and the teapot has residue in it that was not removable. Those things would have been used. The host was very responsive so that was helpful! Location is great- quiet neighborhood that is an easy drive to town/beach/activites. We all agree we would stay again!

This townhouse was the perfect place for the three of us to stay for a long weekend, when we went to attend our nieces graduation from UCSB. The decor of the house was modern and fresh, as well as very comfortable. We all agreed the beds were very comfortable, as with the Pillow, I loved it, and the bedding itself was a really nice quality.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee maker, spices, silverware, utensils, etc.Another plus of course, was being two blocks from the beach, in a very nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to friends and family.Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect with our stay! Great communication and everything was very clean. Love the decor and the closeness to the beach. Highly recommend.
