Super easy check in, clean and perfect space for 6 adults. Steps from one of 3 pools. 15 min walk/3 min drive to beach access. Bikes were great to get around without having to drive.

The property is nice and we would recommend it. The living, dining, and kitchen area can feel cramped with 4+ people, and neighborhood houses are close together.
Management was responsive to our request for a coffee maker carafe but also sent an unsolicited toaster a couple of days later.
Each floor has its own AC unit, which is great for hot days. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The two second-floor bedrooms have en suites, and the first-floor bedroom has a bathroom next to it, which also serves as the guest bathroom.
Suggested Description Edits:
(1) Bathrooms - Two of the three bathrooms are tub/shower combos, not "shower only" as stated. This info would be useful for guests with small children.
(2) Grill - Mention the outdoor gas grill.
(3) Beach amenities - Mention the under-stairs closet with beach chairs, an umbrella, and floats, which we found too late in our stay.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay at a clean property. The 11-minute walk to the beach is very manageable.
