Good visit, location was best aspect, private beach access. Produce stand within very short walk was a welcome surprise. House was ok. ac needs work, didn’t work well enough to keep living area cool. Constant adjustments to thermostat (Wi-Fi) were needed. Has decent amt cooking equipment, I’d call minimal. Basic stuff, Walmart quality but gets job done. If u want something specific for cooking bring it. Upstairs half bath for #1 only, enough said. Decks out front and back are very cool. Neighbors whom own their places very friendly. Quiet, good for family. Pool was clean. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay Heron Cay! It was our first visit to North Topsail and the beach was not crowded at all! The beach was right across the street and the guys could fish in the marsh right behind the condo. Plus we had some great dinners at Daddy Mac’s, Rick’s Restaurant and Splash by the Sea! Shacka Taco was a fun place to eat too! We will definitely go back!

We enjoyed the location of this townhome and really enjoyed the area. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the unit. The bathrooms were very dirty (hair in showers, soap scum, moldy shower curtains, dirty toilets, and dirty floor). We also found several large roaches. Management did offer to replace the shower curtains and send cleaners, but I cleaned the unit in order to feel comfortable staying. Overall my family did enjoy the location and easy access to the beach.
