About this villa rental
Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet area and on the edge of the forest, the holiday home Les Cahuttes promises good times with family or friends. Friendly and relaxing, the house has 120m² of surface area, 4 suites each with its own bathroom, and a cabin bed area, allowing everyone to have their own living space. Each of the bedrooms overlooks the swimming pool (9mx4m).
The space:
Remember (northernmost beach of Mimizan): This is the most spacious room (22m²) with a 180 cm bed and a shower room and toilet (8m²)
- Les Ailes (beach north of Mimizan): Equipped with a 160 cm double bed, shower room and toilet (19m²)
- La Garluche (central beach to the north of the resort): Room equipped with a double bed.

- Le Sud (family beach south of the Mimizan current): Family room (28m²) with two spaces separated by a pocket door in which 4 people can sleep with two cabin beds. Its bed/cabin area is a delight for children and parents.
Outside:
Garden and swimming pool 9m x 4m, solar shower, parking.
Heated swimming pool in operation from June to the end of September
Sunbeds, garden furniture, table and chairs.
Note: during the summer season (July/August) a minimum occupancy of 7 days is required.
