On the first floor, you’ll enter the cozy living/dining area with underfloor heating and a well-equipped kitchen, from which you have direct access to the large terrace. The view sweeps over old fruit trees, meadows, and oak trees, under which you can daydream and relax in comfortable lounge chairs. Hollyhocks, poppies, lavender, and columbines grow in lush abundance all around the house. At dusk, deer and pheasants often venture right onto the property.
Up the stairs, you’ll find the spacious, airy bedroom with a double bed, lattice windows with blackout pleated blinds, and plenty of storage space for your luggage. Adjacent on one side is a bathroom with a shower, and across from it is the second bedroom with two single beds. Another bathroom with a tub is located on the first floor.
The fiber-optic network provides fast Wi-Fi, so you can easily enjoy both leisure and work in this idyllic setting.
