A parking space is available right next to the house, and there are horses nearby. The vacation home is situated on a narrow farm road with little traffic and is completely fenced in. This kitchen is equipped with a toaster and a microwave, among other appliances. Bright, south-facing living room with a clay-plastered wood-burning stove and heated bench, satellite TV, and DVD player. Two bedrooms with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) featuring new mattresses, as well as a box-spring bed and a single bed. The bathroom, featuring a bathtub, sink, toilet, and heated towel rack, is accessible from inside the house via a few steps. A washing machine, freezer, telephone, high chair, and toys are provided, as well as Wi-Fi access and gas central heating. The garden features a lawn for sunbathing, a grill, patio furniture, a ping-pong table, and a sandbox!

Utility costs based on usage (a gas-fired boiler is available), laundry set 9.00 EUR per person, pet 3.00 EUR per night (max. 2 dogs allowed). Firewood for the wood-burning stove is free. Please pay these additional costs directly to the landlord.
