From the moment you enter into this 2 BR 2 BA condo on the 5th floor, you are greeted by a view of the calm emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar sand beaches of Madeira. This unit boasts gorgeous travertine tile throughout the entire space and has all the upgrades you could dream of. Complete with the little touches and conveniences of home to make for the best beach retreat, of course!
The open concept floor plan upon entering features the large kitchen, dining room, and living room, all highlighted by a wall of sliding glass doors with a view of the beach. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances (plus a separate wine fridge), stunning granite counters, and all the necessities to cook your favorite meals and snacks, with ample counter space, too. There is also a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry closet right off the kitchen for your convenience as well.
Further in is the dining room with seating for four, and two bar stools right off the kitchen. Past that is the comfortable living room with a large TV with a Roku for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Directly out the wall of sliding glass doors is your private, 5th floor balcony, with scaping views of Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico, plus a view of the community tiki bar, grill space, and heated pool and hot tub! The balcony also features a high top table with seating for four and a TV. You'll always have a front row seat to our breathtaking sunsets each night you're here!
The beachfront master suite has a king sized bed, TV, walk-in closet, and private attached bathroom, and don't forget about the wall of sliding glass doors that line the master bedroom to boast another view of Madeira Beach and the Gulf! The renovated master bathroom is super spacious with double vanity sinks, and a walk in shower. You'll feel like you're at a spa retreat in this gorgeous bathroom!
The guest bedroom and bathroom are down the hall. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, and a futon that folds out to a full sized bed, and its own TV. The renovated guest bathroom has another walk in shower.
There is free wifi throughout the entire unit, and towels and linens provided for your stay- just pack your swimsuit and flip flops! We also have beach chairs, beach umbrella and toys in the storage closet for your use!
This property is directly on the beach, so you are just steps to the sugar sand beach right behind this building, and of course the Gulf of Mexico. You are also steps from the beachfront community pool and hot tub, too.
Right across Gulf Blvd is numerous shopping centers with restaurants, bars, local shops, convenient stores, and ice cream, too! Enjoy Madeira Beach without even having to drive. This complex is just 1.9 miles away from John's Pass Fishing Village and Boardwalk for more fun, and world famous Clearwater Beach is 13.6 miles away.

The views of the beach are amazing. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone. The room was beautiful. The only complaints we had are that there was mold that built up in the master bathroom due to lack of air movement in there and there were numerous dirty plates that we had to wash before we couldnuse thwm. We went and bought a small fan to use in the bathroom to help with air movement
the shower after 2 days.

Two weeks mid- to late April. Long Key did a great job with the weather! OS 507 is a beautiful and spacious unit, thougtfully equipped, well-maintained and spotlessly clean. We had no need to contat management, but in the past, Long Key has always been responsive. The location of this 70s-era building, in Madeira Beach, is walkable to many restaurants, two supermarkets and, street or beach, Johns Pass, a classic Florida commercial boardwalk with restaurnats, charters, watercraft rentals and shopping. We also walked all the way to the Don Cesar - 8 miles, but worth it. Highly recommended rental.
