Beautiful Villa with Pool, Garden, Wi-Fi, Overlooking Marina, Close to Beaches.

Absolutely loved our stay this villa was perfect for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The communication with the owner and the villa manager was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. It’s in a perfect location and Ubers were really cheap and only ever minutes away.

We had a fantastic time

We spent 10 nights at this villa and very much enjoyed our stay. The communication was great and the villa manager kindly came and met us on arrival. They also provided us with return airport transfers at a very reasonable price and we used the same lovely lady to transfer us to and from the Aquahotel water park which was fab. The villa was great, a bit tired in places and needed some maintenance but had everything we needed, it was just a shame the paddles and balls were pretty poor for the ping pong table so couldn’t be used and the WIFI only worked on whatever level the dongle was on, could’ve done with another so WIFI could be used on another of the 3 levels at the same time. The pool was a tad on the cold side so unfortunately we weren’t able to use it at night as we have done at previous villas. We were a bit concerned the villa didn’t have air con but this wasn’t an issue as there were fans and we had a lovely breeze coming through. Location was perfect, 10 minute walk one way to the marina which was excellent for food/drinks/boat trips and lots of stuff for the kids to do, 10 minutes the other way to Sao Rafael beach which was lovely clear water with good snorkelling and kayaking. 10 minute UBER to the Old Town which was fab! Loads of bars, restaurants and shops. UBERs are plentiful, quick and cheap and always on hand to drop and pick you up from LIDL or ALDI which is 10 mins or smaller SPAR at the marina. Overall we had a fab stay! We didn’t want to come home!

The villa is spacious and had a good view. Cleaning of the house was not that good. The shower on the ground floor was so dirty, we never used it. And there were a bit of dead flies around in the windows, lamps etc. The toilet on the first floor was leaking and it took serveral days to get it fixed. The beds were of poor quality. All sofas in the living room were useless, they were all worn out. The grill on the ground floor is falling apart. We never saw Tracey. We were told that she would come to the house the day after our arrival, but she never showed up. We spoke to her on the phone, but thats not the same. We have allways before had the host visiting us during our stay in different houses. Alina, the driver was very nice and serviceminded. The other staff were very nice and polite people as well.
