The Prat gîte is a beautiful character house where exposed beams, stonework, and family heirlooms blend seamlessly with contemporary décor in spacious interiors. A striking staircase connects the different levels of the house. Ground floor: - Fully equipped kitchen (microwave and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob), dining area opening onto a terrace. - Living room (TV). 1 bedroom (1 queen bed) and en-suite shower room (walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet). - Utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer), shower room and separate toilet. First floor: - 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 3 single beds). Shower room, 2 toilets. BEDS MADE UP INCLUDED - HEATING INCLUDED. Wi-Fi internet access. Towels can be rented and cleaning is available for an additional €80. The gîte is attached to the owners' residence. The front of the cottage overlooks the courtyard. You will be staying at the rear, with complete privacy overlooking the garden, where a private space with games is reserved for your use. Enjoy a pleasant, private covered terrace of 40 m², garden, garden furniture, and a barbecue. The property is enclosed with a gravel courtyard and private parking. No parties or events (birthdays, stag/hen parties, etc.) are permitted. The property is located on the edge of the D218 road connecting Soumoulou (4 km) to Nay (10 km). The cottage is conveniently located near Pau, Tarbes, and Lourdes (20 km). Reservations are possible for a minimum of 3 nights during the off-season. Halfway between Pau, Tarbes and Lourdes, a magnificent family home tastefully restored while respecting the charm of the place.

What a gorgeous and comfortable house! We were a family of 5 with 2 children 10 and 8 who enjoyed the garden and the swing set, and 3 adults. My father has mobility issues and the house was a dream for him, not a single step on the ground floor, shower and toilets accessible with no danger. The whole house is decorated with perfect taste, ancient furniture mixing with modern, and the house has character and plenty of details. Kitchen is perfectly equipped, we had all we needed and all appliances were in perfect working order. The washer/ dryer was a plus and the outside dryer to hang clothes was the best. The beds were extremely comfy, with shutters and curtains for perfect darkness, I slept like a log. The owners are in the house next door. The space is so built that you don’t see one another at all and have the best of both worlds: privacy and help should you need it. Rent this house for your family, you won’t regret it. We will definitely be back again. Loved it!
