About this house rental
The cottage is located on the southern edge of a typical Pyrenean hamlet, in the middle mountains between Lourdes, Bagnères de Bigorre and Argelès-Gazost. It is totally independent with individual access on an enclosed plot of land planted with trees and landscaped.
This cottage is classified 3 stars and labeled "Gîtes de France" 3 ears. Although its layout has respected the mountain style, its equipment is modern and complete.
On the first floor, the cottage has a large living room of 40 M², with a fireplace/wall insert, an open kitchen, a laundry room, a separate toilet and an independent bedroom with shower room and sink (1 double bed)
Upstairs, there is 1 bathroom-wc and 3 totally independent bedrooms. One with 1 double bed, and two with 1 double bed and 1 single bed
There are therefore a total of 4 independent bedrooms (one of which is on the first floor) with a total of 10 beds.
A terrace allows you to enjoy meals outside.
The cottage also has a barbecue outside, a small closed room for all uses. The parking in the enclosed grounds can accommodate 3 vehicles.
The cottage is open all year round (Heating by fireplace and radiators, gas boiler)
One animal is allowed (dog or cat) under certain conditions. The dog must never go upstairs or remain alone in the accommodation.
Options not included in the package: (No tourist tax)
- heating during the winter period (Billing at the end of the stay: Kw consumed, multiplied by the unit tariff in force)
- If requested, the supply of sheets and covers (€12 per double bed, €6 per bed) and towels (€6 per person).
- Possibly the end-of-stay cleaning service
- If used, wood for the fireplace/Insert and barbecue (a pack of welcome and courtesy wood is offered)
