Well-equipped apartment with everything you need - plenty of dishes, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, capsule coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, fast internet, and more. Waste is sorted and disposed of on the -1 floor. The apartment has a nice glazed balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing during warm weather. It is warm and quiet, with no noise from neighbors. For us, major advantages were a private underground parking space and the option to stay with a dog (150 PLN for the entire stay). There is a good park right across the street, and just beyond it access to the sea. The beach also has a designated dog-friendly area, which is very convenient. Within walking distance there are Biedronka and Lidl stores, as well as a Żabka shop in the residential complex itself. It takes about 15 minutes by car to reach the historic city center, around 30 minutes to Sopot during rush hour, and about 40 minutes to Gdynia. There is also a tram stop right in front of the building, which is very convenient.
