die Lage der Appartement ist absolut ruhig. Für laute Nachbarn kann der Vermieter nichts. Man kann den Supermarkt sowie mehrere Restaurant in der Umgebung zu Fuß erreichen. Ebenso erwähnenswert ist der Strand "Munte Beach" ca. 500-600 Meter entfernt. Hervorragend für Personen mit Handicap. Mit Rollstuhlrampe und breiter Treppe ins Wasser. Und sehr viel Schatten , für Leute die es nicht so heiß wollen. Auch absolut ruhig.
Der Ablauf der Dusche funktionierte bereits bei der Ankunft nicht richtig. Uns war es egal, da direkt neben der Dusche ein Gully im Boden war. Es hätte allerdings bei der Endreinigung der Vormieter auffallen sollen. Der Fernseher wies ebenso bereits am ersten Tag einen Fehler auf. Man konnte ganz normal fernsehen, aber das Bild zuckte immer wieder nach oben. Nach ca. 30-60 Minuten fiel das Bild komplett aus. Der Ton funktionierte weiterhin. Nach dem Ausschalten war das Bild wieder für mehrere Minuten da. Wir haben dann eigentlich nur kurz Nachrichten angesehen.

Posizione ottima, zona molto tranquilla e comoda al mare.
L’appartamento è comodo e funzionale. Da migliorare e ammodernare lo stile del l’arredamento per renderlo più accogliente, è comunque stato funzionale. In bagno la doccia è molto stretta e ha lo scarico che si intasa facilmente. Anche il lavello ha uno scarico poco funzionale.
