Steps to Preston Beach! Family Home w/ Backyard

It was clean. It was close to the beach. Easy to find. Plenty of room. The owners were great to work with. Overall, it was worth the money and we enjoyed our time there.

The showers are very sensitive. Don’t flush while running for sure. The mattress in the master bedroom had a topper that was sliding off the top and was awkward to sleep on. The decor was a modge podge of things. And no trash can in the kitchen. We had to use grocery bags on a holder. The back yard is a terrible sight with plants growing on the pool cover. Honestly though, these things weren’t that important to us. And it worked.

Space for 4 people was great. The code was easy to use to enter the house. Good location.

However, the smell of mildew was disappointing. We could smell it every in part of the home and putting scent blockers in the closets don’t help. The chairs in the kitchen area were damp still throughout the week after being “cleaned”. The backyard was dirty, needed to be cleaned up more. I mean the fact that we could see roots coming from underneath the tarp of the pool was insane. The thermostat was hard to try and put on a certain level, even with the instructions in the book.
