The inside of the house was clean, comfortable and well equipped and the location superb.
The outside space was not useable as it was covered in bird poo, dirt, dead pigeons and green algae. We had to clean the skylight so we could see out and let light in, same as the outside space, covered in dirt, poo and algae. Very disappointing, it could be a great little space to enjoy the nice weather.

De locatie is fantastisch.
Er zouden 2 badkamers zijn.
De wc met klein fonteintje noemen ze ook een badkamer. Dat is misleidend.
De ramen kunnen niet open ivm overlast duiven en dikke laag duivenpoep.
Het plaatsje bij de keuken is vol duivenpoep en dode duiven.

The only thing was that the back door in the kitchen doesn’t open and it was really hot

Fabulous central location - easy to access the pier, Lanes and central Brighton. However it is a bit of a double edged sword. Located between 2 bars and a pub it means that nights are disruptive with loud and noisy partygoers and many shenanigans in the street.
The little house itself was clean, well equipped and comfortable.
Waking up to litter outside the front door (including wigs and male underwear) wasn’t ideal, and there was late-night noise from drunk people moving the bins around. The pigeon problem is also quite noticeable, with early morning coo-ing and mess across the patio, windows and outdoor areas. Inside the house they could leave some instructions on how to open the sky light which was shuttered close and gave the downstairs a very dark and dingy vibe.
