    Needed a place to crash for 1 night before our Disney cruise. I had real trouble finding a budget-friendly hotel in this part of town that allowed kids but Hotel Zindel was perfect! We actually walked to the cruise port from the hotel with our luggage (light packers - helps that it’s all down hill). Lyn was especially helpful!

    I hate this place. The room was decent and livable. However, it was so tiny. My room got windows that sunlight could not reach (so pointless). There was one broken bathroom, which did not get fixed. The worst of all was that I got charged $125 extra for the amenity fee, that I was not aware of before booking. I stayed there for five days, and I did not see any hotel staffs for 3 days. I got some trouble on the first day of my arrival. I did not get any confirmation code to access the building, although I paid it all through Agoda. Fortunately, there was a hotel staff on that day (asking me to pay the extra of $125, otherwise I would not get the access code). I tried to show them that it was already paid through Agoda. I was so tired to argue (I arrived at 10 pm), so I gave up.
