For the price point it was okay, very underwhelming. The main issue wasn't even the sharing, it was the facility itself. The bathroom reeked of urine. The other shower facility had broken door (if you could refer to it as a door). Whole space had an odd smell of like moths and dust, very little light. The communal space was taken up by tons of laundry on the sofas, which was pretty ew. The few people there were friendly and polite. Staff appeared once and was not seen again after. We ended up not wanting to stay the night, just wasn't keen on the idea sleeping in the beds if they cant properly upkeep the other facilities properly. The only thing going for them is literally the location that's it.

Travelled to S.D. to visit and pay our respects to a friend over the three day Independence Day holiday weekend.
Good: Location & Price
Bad: You get what you pay for.
First finding the place is hard. It’s an over sized bottom area beneath a parking lot. The shower area didn’t have any locks at all, it was all open willy nilly so that anyone could just walk in while you’re showering.
A few normal people but a few really weird people were staying there. They looked like near vagrants staying there long term but who knows, they might have been transients. We didn’t interact with anyone.
Unable to sleep which was why I booked the bed, just needed a place to crash for a few nights while in S.D.
They really need to put up curtains or something to block out light but it’s against their rules. One of the other “guests” had their lights on all night and were talking even though there are supposed to be quiet hours.
We ended up leaving after that first night and getting a proper room nearby as no way would it be safe for me to be driving without any sleep.
If decide to you stay there bring a lock for the storage locker so no one rummages through your belongings while you’re gone and something like a blindfold or mask block out the light and sleeping headphones with white noise to counter the late night jabbering.
