Great location, easy to collect keys, prices are quite good given what you get in the room. Wifi - super fast - so if you're looking for a place with good wifi - this is it (about 800 Mbps when connected via ethernet cable).
During the colder days it can get quite cold - and the only way to get warm is via the AC, which can be bothersome - as you can get the room warm quite fast but then it gets cold as fast too. For summers it likely won't be an issue. Restaurant kitchen on the ground floor - so expect some noise and chatter from the cooks during the working hours. Lacks basic amenities like shower gel. The bed is really really squeaky.
