Golden Acropolis 3BD apartment

It was very close, within walking distance, to the main tourist attractions, excellent restaurant, and lively tourist areas.

One of the bathrooms was very small and tight.

Every single thing about this property was amazing, from the clear check in instructions to the amenities. It was extremely comfortable and in a wonderful area of Athens, very safe and convenient for a family.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was good. The kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed. The location was excellent with great walkability to restaurants, cafes and public transport. The hop on hop off buses go past right near the apartment so you can easily use them to get to different parts of the city.

The lock box is very old and hard to use. We had a little problem getting the keys out but simply could not open it again to put the keys back and we nearly missed our train to the airport because of it. In the end we had to leave the keys with a nearby restaurant as we could not make contact with the owner. The airconditioning in the main room worked for all of 5 minutes before showing an error code. We had already made sure we were not using too much power (as requested by the owners) but it never worked again. The fridge door does not shut properly (and must be costing a fortune to run) and made a very loud noise (see other reviews) and while the main bathroom is fine the other bathroom and separate toilet room really are the smallest in Europe - it's true if you are an average height you can't shut the toilet door if you are using the facilities!

Was erg leuk appartement hele gezellige locatie boven een alternatieve bar (pizza,bier, wijn). Makkelijk naar alles te wandelen en leuke tentjes zoals “loco” in de buurt.

Toilet en douchecel echt te klein. Je kan beter wastafel in de slaapkamer maken en de toilet verwijderen in badkamer 2. Mijn man moest over de wc de douche instappen leek wel een caravan.
