A lovely clean, well appointed apartment, very close to old part of the city, plethora of bars, restaurants and market. Beautiful San Francisco park a small walk away.
Oviedo is a friendly, safe and very clean city.
Hosts communication was very good and messaging very prompt.
Before booking we were aware that it was on a busy street so could be noisy at times but the location more than made up for that.

We loved the location of the property (apart from the noise from pub) and the apartment is in a beautiful building. The apartment is well furnished and comfortable and we really enjoyed going back to it every afternoon/evening. The washing machine, fridge freezer and coffee machine were especially welcome. Communication with the owners was also very good. Our stay was generally positive.
There was not a flicker of WI-FI during our 3 night stay which made booking onward travel etc a bit tricky. Also the apartment got very hot, especially on our first evening. There is no air con and the electric fan could not cope with the heat so we were sweltering all night and barely slept. (We did have the doors/windows open but had to close them again due to the noise from the pub and other street noise. We were staying Fri, Sat, Sun so maybe it’s quieter other nights).

Javier met us promptly at the door and communicated well throughout the whole process. The apartment building itself was quiet and very comfortable. Location is great. We walked everywhere.
While the apartment building is quiet, be aware that there are street voices that carry up. But that’s also because of the great location.
