Lokalizacja fantastyczna . W pobliżu świetne taverny. Kontak z obsługą dodkonaly. Mieszkanie duże, przestronne, wygodne.
Brak zmiotki i szufelki. Odpływ w umywalce w dużej łazience przytkany. Dużo szaf, ale większość szafek zamknięta, zatem mało miejsca do przechowywania. Po poludniu na tarasie bardzo gorąco. Przydałaby się markiza.
