Chrispa's House Beachfront Bliss & Stunning Views 50m from the beach

The property was very spacious with comfortable beds. The owner was very friendly.. We were able to use the Iperion Hotel pool and sun loungers for a fee which was refundable if you purchased food and drink which we did and it was reasonably priced. It was €7 in a taxi to get to the old town. Plenty of good restaurants and bakeries/coffee shop on the doorstep.

Location directly at the beach. Groundfloor Appartement with own terrace and garden felt like being in a house. Chrispa was very nice and caring.

The hotel next to our house had a swimming pool, and we had been told that we were welcome to use it as long as we purchased something from the pool bar. However, the new hotel manager was not aware of this arrangement and initially did not allow us to use the pool. Chrispa spoke with the manager, and after their discussion, we were given permission to use the pool. Unfortunately, when we returned the following day, the same issue came up again, leading to further discussions. As a result, we decided not to use the pool anymore, as it did not feel comfortable to be there when we felt unwelcome.

Great holiday and our hostess was fantastic - very welcoming and helpful. The house is very comfortable and in a great location right on the beach but in a quiet area, close to supermarkets bakeries and places to eat. Option to use the quieter pool in the hotel next door (providing you get food/drinks from bar) is a definite plus and we did two pool days with lunch - food is great and we had pool to ourselves on both days. House is also closed to the beach front cafes and bars and a pleasant walk or short drive to old town. Would be very happy to stay here again.

The location was amazing, right next to the beach. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The garden outside was nice with outdoor seating and a grill for BBQ. Highly recommend!
