Thanks to the nature reserve, the house is in a quiet and idyllic location with ski-in and ski-out. The Heidesee, various ski lifts and the infrastructure of the village are easily accessible in a short distance.
Spacious, bright living room with fireplace. Charming dining room with open kitchen. Large balcony. 1st floor: one bedroom (double bed 180x210) and en-suite bathroom incl. bathtub, next to the living room. Separate guest toilet available on this floor. 2nd floor: a gallery, two more bedrooms and another bathroom with shower available. These are a double bedroom (double bed 180x210) and a triple bedroom. Wooden beams, furniture made of old wood as well as the wooden floor convey warmth.
- a parking space in the underground garage and a visitors' parking space in front of the house are available - the bed linen charge includes towels and kitchen linen - Charging station for electric cars available in the garage.
