Community Pool, Hot Tub and Beach - Beach View

The house was perfect for my family. We had a group of 12 ages 6-48 and all were comfortable and happy. The bottom floor had living room, dining, kitchen, half bath, laundry, and King bedroom with nice full bathroom. The second floor had 2 bedrooms one with two twin over twin bunks and the other a queen size bed. There is a bathroom in the hall with a large shower and enclosed toilet which was great for teens. The 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor was my favorite. It is tucked away a bit with a King bed and beautiful large bathroom with nice soaking tub and separate shower. The third floor has a sitting balcony type area, second floor has a balcony off the master, and the backyard has a nice sitting area with fire pit. This house is on the back street of the neighborhood but east straight shot to the beach. We loved it! The kitchen has all the necessities including both a k-cup and regular coffee pot.
