Nephele-stylish 2bd Townhouse In Kato Paphos

Bardzo duży i przestronny segment z dwoma sypialniami i łazienką na piętrze. Dodatkowo taras na dachu budynku. Sam apartament bardzo dobrze utrzymany i czysty. W każdym pomieszczeniu znajduje się klimatyzacja. Duża część dzienna, bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Duży basen do wspólnego użytkowania przez mieszkańców kwartału, często nikogo poza nami na nim nie było. Parking przed budynkiem. Sama okolica bardzo cicha i spokojna, najbliższy sklep 5 minut spacerem od apartamentu. Do najbliższej plaży piechotą jest ok. 15-20 minut, 30 minut do centrum Pafos. Bardzo przyjemny pobyt, polecam.

We are happy with our stay at Paphos. We choose the property location because it is equally distant from the harbour area and Old town (20-25 min walking). Accommodation was really good and host was friendly and we hat great communication. Highly recommend.

Location was good and the place was very quiet with few people around.

The owners of the property have outsourced management to a company called Nomads. Not sure what they are paying these people for but I was not at all impressed. First issue was on arrival. Joining instructions were sent via email, but, did not include the actual number of the property and the mobile phone signal in the area is terrrible so it was not possible to view links showing picture or anything else helping to locate the place. Required a phone call to seek guidance on location but connection was terrible so it was a real struggle. Surely they must know this!!! Next issue was that instructions to connect to WiFi were incorrect - the network named did not exist - looks like setup was lost from memory. Another call and struggle with terrible phone signal resulted in a successful connection - however by this time the air conditioning unit downstairs had started to pour water down the wall and flood the sitting area - blocked condensate pipe. Following another call they indicated it would be fixed the next day and indeed it was - following a stifling night where downstairs was intolerably hot, but, it should not be necessary to spend nearly 3 hours of my time on. Holiday addressing these issues. The management should manage and ensure there are no such issues beforehand. I requested a refund for the first days stay, which I in no way consider unreasonable in the circumstances, but, did not receive any response. The property is decent and location is good, but, it is not being managed. Aside from the issues encountered it is clearly being left to decline, kitchen is showing it's age with doors and drawers not latching and patched up with screws, shower head badly needs changed sink traps are clogged. There is no attention to detail and for the price paid it's a shame - I expected better given the strong reviews. I recommend the owners dump Nomads agency and try someone else. They had the barefaced cheek to ask for a positive review.
