Alles tip top, auf dem neuesten Stand
Wenn man sich an das TV Gerät und dessen Bedienung gewöhnt hat, was schnell gelingt, sofern man eine Bedienungsanleitung hat, dann okay. DRINGEND sollte man jedoch beim Netz nachlegen und verbessern. Der Bildschirm fällt alle drei bis fünf Minuten für 2-3 Sekunden aus.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat ein schönes großes Bad. Durch die Lage im Souterrain war es beim heißen Wetter in der Wohnung angenehm kühl, den Tag konnte man auf der netten Terrasse ausklingen lassen. Autoparkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, gute Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit. Mit dem Rad ist man in weniger als 20 Minuten in Speyer am Dom. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Eigener Eingang. Souterrain, hell, modern und gemütlich mit kleiner privater Terrasse. Großes Badezimmer. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Eigentümer ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.
Da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Alles wie beschrieben: ein großes Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile und separatem großzügigem Badezimmer, Terrasse vor Ort noch einmal schöner wie auf den Bildern, mit eigenem Zugang beim Stellplatz, super nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern per Telefon und SMS.
