New 3BR Pool Villa Long One A5 with Chalong Bay view

This villa is absolutely gorgeous! The facilities are fantastic, though the kitchen could use a few more utensils. It's an incredibly comfortable place to stay, located in a very secure area with guards at the entrance. You'll love the peace and quiet, while still being close to all the tourist spots. The villa is fully equipped, and every bedroom has a beautiful sea view. Plus, the swimming pool is both large and lovely.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this villa. The management seems solely focused on profit rather than the guest experience. When we arrived, the property was not fully ready, and it was obvious that management hadn't inspected it beforehand. Some curtains were broken and couldn't be closed properly, and some windows couldn't be closed at all, allowing insects and outside odors inside. Some of the issues we encountered were resolved on our second day, but others were never fixed during our entire stay. Checkout was at noon, and when we requested a complimentary late checkout, they asked for a fee. I explained to management that this should have been free because of the unresolved issues, but they ignored my concerns and still demanded payment. Finally, the electricity was extremely expensive. I previously stayed in Kamala Beach for 7 nights, and the electricity cost 3,000 Baht. Here, we stayed for only 3 nights, and the electricity bill was 3,300 Baht, which is an unreasonably high amount. I hope the management starts prioritizing the guest over profit if they want to maintain a high standard."
