Excellent location. Great places for breakfast and Dinner. The restaurant "Pure Passion" is amazing. Ivy Asia food for Pizza express prices. Easy 20 minute walk to Taghazout. Safe. Easy parking. Good location for surfing especially if you have a car. The beach break can work well to surf right outside. The apartment feels spacious and has everything we needed.
The mattresses are very firm.
We had a few issues with electric blinds not working and front door being very stiff.
The balcony doors cannot be locked so have to lower the security blinds every time you go out. Landlord very responsive to any issues.

L’emplacement est exceptionnel (200m de l’océan, directement un spot de surf), sécurisé (un gardien avec barrière à l’entrée du lotissement), des commerces très proches, un appartement magnifique avec tous les services attendus et de la place. Merci pour les 2 planches de bodyboard, les enfants se sont régalés!
