Very nice 2-floor apartment. Spacious, with a large sitting room area downstairs. 2 showers and 2 toilets. Having a washing machine was useful. Useful items available in closet - beach umbrella, footballs, floats, etc. (left by previous guests?). Views of the beach and sea (flanked by other apartments). Only 100m or so from the beach. 4 good restaurants on the edge of the complex, 1 up-market, others reasonably priced with good menu options. Booked late, at lunchtime on the day. I was met just an hour later by Ayoub who had the keys and gave a tour of the apartment.

A few niggles, but nothing that would discourage me from booking this apartment again. Quite a few forms to fill in & steps as part of the booking process (personal details, payment, sign terms & conditions, payment of deposit). Three of the kitchen cupboard doors were not properly attached, with signs of multiple screw holes. There was construction work downstairs which we were not informed off in advance (checked-in on a Sunday). While we were at the beach for most of the day, during our breaks for lunch during the working week there were periodic fairly loud hammering and kango-hammer noises. Worth enquiring about if you are thinking of booking.

Great location for surfing and getting away from the crowds

Tolle Lage, direkt im Haus davor gibt’s ein super Restaurant (Pure Passion) und 2 tolle Cafés für Frühstück/Cafe zwischendurch. Surfen lernen? Direkt am Strand vor der Nase. Party? Direkt im Club 400m entfernt. Ruhe und Erholung? Bleib einfach in der Wohnung oder setz dich auf die Terrasse. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist gut ausgestattet.

Appartement agréable et très propre

Il eu été agréable d'avoir de l'eau chaude à l'arrivée. Nous avions annoncé notre arrivée à l'avance et après une journée de sport repartir diner avec douche à l'eau froide c'est pas top. On avait annoncé deux couples et le lit était fait en deux lits simple cote à cote. Je ne pense pas que le propriétaire est à blâmer mais je pense que la conciergerie devra s'améliorer
