Elegance Duplexes by Monte Aria

The accommodation was perfect for a family holiday. The apartment was clean and spacious and the pool and pool area were lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and would visit again. Our host and the reception staff were helpful and friendly.

It would have been nice to have basic kitchen items and other items such as tea, sugar, salt and pepper, a broom and some capsules for the washing machine.

Que ce soit les jeunes filles de la réception, la propriétaire qui nous a accueillis à notre arrivée ou l’ensemble du personnel, chacun fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et d’un réel sens de l’hospitalité. La propriétaire est également très disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions, aussi bien sur l’établissement que sur les environs, et prodigue d’excellents conseils. Véritable havre de paix, cet établissement plein de charme, niché sur les hauteurs de Baošići, est l’endroit idéal pour se ressourcer tout en découvrant la région.

Uniquement les aboiements des chiens des propriétés voisines mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’établissement. De plus le propriétaire faisait le nécessaire rapidement au besoin.

Staff were very helpful the entire time we were there, always willing to provide assistance with bookings or with getting food ordered. The accommodation was clean and tidy and a cleaner came in on the 3rd day to freshen up the room which was perfect timing. Location was nice and peaceful and although its a bit of a walk up hill in the heat it was perfectly manageable even if you are not the fittest like me.

Very few issues, could maybe benefit from a toaster and a dishwasher but those were not major issues. One of my daughters was not overly thrilled at the bedding which she felt was a bit to much like a large towel instead of a blanket or quilt, that said it was absolutely fine for the conditions we were in.
