Good for a short stay (hard bed but comfy appartment)

- the kitchen was filled with pans, cups, glasses, plates, cuttlery and even food options...pretty cool - the appartment was pretty clean - so sweet of you, host, to welcome me...or us with a New Year decorating set...i smiled a bit and loved this small but very nice gesture - the parking was free on the 1st january, sooo cool! - I liked the style of the appartment and sleeping room, and the quitness except on the 1st January I guess were people think to still put on loud firecrackers

-Maybe I should have known it but sadly I didnt see it before...I was the first day with someone else in the appartment and then the next day too again with someone else. I expected I would be alone but atleast they were nice or... almost not present. - the bed was very hard, so this was the only uncomfortable part but the appartment was very comfy

사진에 보이는 그대로이고, 공용 거실과 주방이 쾌적하고 깨끗합니다 주방에는 모든기구가 갖춰져있습니다 에어비앤비같은느낌이에요 주인분도 친절하시고 코블렌츠에 또오게 된다면 여기 묵고싶어요

다리가 불편하시거나 무거운짐이 많은 분들은 계단올라가기가 버거울수도있어요

Verblijf

Duidelijke instructies vooraf. Fijne gedeelde woonkamer, keuken en badkamer. Met je eigen slaapkamer. Bed was prima, wel wat geluiden van de weg maar had ik geen last van. Woonkamer had een heerlijke zitstoel en bank. In de keuken alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Waterkoker, elektrisch kookplaat en genoeg pannen etc. Filter koffiezet apparaat en broodrooster. Douche was prima, niet super nieuw maar lekker warm en schoon. Locatie was prima, supermarkt dichtbij, oude centrum met bus, lopend of eigen vervoer goed te bereiken.

Mala experiencia

La habitación era espaciosa y la cama comoda. El baño estaba limpio.

Hice mi reserva con pago anticipado el 8 de julio y nunca me dieron información para el check in. A ultima hora me asignaron una habitación con instalaciones para retirar la llave, el mal clima hizo que perdiera los trenes y llegué de noche; la llave asignada no estaba y nadie respondió mis mensajes. Esta muy retirado de la estación de trenes y no hay como llegar en transporte público. Las calles están mal iluminadas y por si fuera poco la habitación esta en un atico en un 3 piso sin escaleras.

Sehr gute Bude!

Die Ausstattung sah wahnsinnig modern und schon fast luxuriös aus! Die Küche, der Aufenthaltsraum und vorallem das Badezimmer sahen 10/10. Hatte in meinem Leben noch nie so eine moderne Dusche benutzt! Denkt bitte daran euer eigenes Shampoo mitzunehmen!

Leider gab es keine Duschbrause, aber das geht schon klar. Eine Steckdose die mehr in der Nähe des Bettes gewesen wäre hätte mir besser gefallen. (Zimmer 14) Wenn man aber das Kissen und die Bettdecke vertauscht (also das Kopfende tauscht) hat mein Handyladekabel von der Länge zu einer weiter-gelegenen Steckdose dann doch gereicht.

Gute, Zentrumsnahe Unterkunft

Ich brauchte nur eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht. Man teilt sich die Wohnung mit mehreren, was ich jedoch nicht "schlimm" fand. Ich habe überhaupt nichts von anderen Bewohnern bemerkt. An der einen oder anderen Stelle hätte es etwas sauberer sein können.

Leider habe ich bis heute, 2.5Monate später, trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen und auch der Angabe schon bei Buchung, noch keine Rechnung erhalten.

Vom Stylische Privatzimmer an der Mosel stimmt das Wort „Zimmer“

Das sehr kleine „Privatzimmer“ war Teil einer Wohnung im Dachboden. Das Appartement selber hat eine Küche mit Kühlschrank Spüle und Mikrowelle und Esstisch und gemütliche Ecke.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Und das Bad war nicht sehr sauber (Abfluss). Man sah schon das es durch den vielen Gebrauch langsam Verscheiß Auftritt (Kühlschranktür kaputt Regendouche Löcher) Das Wifi hatte ein so besonderes Passwort daß es mir nicht gelungen ist Teil zu nehmen. Das Haus liegt an der Bahn und man hört Züge (nicht viele). Und die Mosel …. ist nicht einmal in der Nähe.

Für kurze Reisen für Alleinreisende empfehlenswert, wenn kein Bedarf an Luxus.

Lage gut, Zimmer zweckmäßig, Bett in Ordnung. Parken in der Nähe möglich. Ausstattung praktisch (Küche usw).

Güterzüge nachts, aber bei Fenster zu kein Problem. Duschkopf ziemlich wackelig, leicht kaputt, schwer einstellbar, keine Schlauch für Duschen ohne Haare waschen vorhanden. Keine Antworten auf Kontaktversuche bzw Anfragen.

direkte Lage zu Bahnschienen ( im Sommer bei offenem Fenster,Ohrstöpsel notwendig) wird bei hohen Außentemperaturen sehr warm im Dachgeschoss trotz Gott sei Dank vorhandenem Ventlator

Alles okay - vollkommen ausreichend für einen kurzen Geschäftsaufenthalt.

- in direkter Umgebung Parkplätze (kostenpflichtig) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, DM, Rewe) - in der Nähe des Koblenzer Verwaltungsviertels - reibungsloser Check in / Check out

Leider war gab es in der Dusche nur einen Regenduschkopf, der dazu noch sehr verkalkt war, sodass kaum Wasser herausgekommen ist. Das Wasser im Waschbecken (Badezimmer) lief nur sehr langsam ab - ich nehme an hier auch verkalkte oder verstopfte Rohre. Ich war 4 Nächte dort und am 2. Tag wurden (wohl vom Reinigungspersonal) meine Handtücher mitgenommen, aber keine neuen hinterlassen, sodass ich mir noch für die verbleibenden Tage Handtüchter kaufen musste.
