The property has everything one would want to have in Siwa, including a fabulous pool and hot spring. Ashraf and the staff, Hossam and Hammu, made our stay unforgettable helping us to arrange everything we needed. They allowed us to check-in early and even gave us a breakfast upon arrival. The best place to stay in Siwa.

ホテルが離れたところにあるので静かで時間がゆっくり流れているような感じで良かったです！ホテルのオーナーの方がすごく優しくていいツアーを手配してくれたり、ドリンクや出前を注文してくれたりしてとても優しかったです✨✨いい時間をシワで過ごせました🥺🖤🖤
ハエがすごく多かったのと、シャワーのお湯が出なかったり、暖房がなくて寒かったのが少し残念でした🥲🥲

This hotel made us fall even more in love with Siwa.
The staff were always present and warmly responded to all our needs, making us feel truly welcomed.
The guide they arranged was excellent — if we ever return to Siwa, we would definitely ask for their help again.
We would absolutely recommend this hotel to any of our friends planning to visit Siwa.🌺
