Borgo degli Ulivi

Literally everything was great at this place. Closed parking, a nice territory, a very helpful and friendly woman at the front desk, and a brand-new room with a kitchen and plenty of coffee. The bathroom was large and even had a window, and the beds were very comfortable. They also clean the room every day. It was super easy to extend our stay for one more night, and our request for a later check-out was accepted. Of course, that’s the benefit of the low season, but the staff were still great about it. You’re a 15-minute drive from everything — from Modena’s city center to all the Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Pagani museums. Definitely a perfect spot for anyone visiting Motor Valley. A big surprise for us was an amazing gluten-free restaurant just a 5-minute drive away.

In one of the bedrooms, the AC unit was making strange noises, similar to flowing water. Not a big issue if you’re tired, but it could be annoying for some people.

Location is a bit far away from Modena but we turned out to really like the small town of Formigine.

Personale cordiale e appartamento pulito. Letti super confortevoli, oltre alla scelta tra 2 tipi di cuscini diversi. Bagno bello. Ampio parcheggio, luogo carino, ben tenuto e accogliente. Un 10.

La struttura l’ho trovata davvero molto bella, è una recentissima costruzione dotata di molti confort, estremamente silenziosa, aria condizionata molto efficiente, cucina attrezzata il giusto (per una coppia almeno), letto molto comodo (abbiamo dormito una favola), bagno pulitissimo con set completo di asciugamani (non è così scontato trovarli eh), doccia walk-in molto comoda, detergenti corpo viso e mani di buona qualità, frigo ben fornito d’acqua, bibite e succhi di frutta, inoltre bollitore e macchina del caffè espresso tra l’altro molto buono ed offerto. Parcheggio interno comodissimo, spazi esterni molto graditi e libertà di accesso alla struttura in ogni orario. La ragazza alla reception estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Il prezzo non so se è adattato all’evento (Ligabue a Campo Volo) ma l’ho trovato adeguato considerando la posizione non esattamente “turistica”, comunque Reggio Emilia è a circa 25 km e Maranello a 10 km.

Mah difficile davvero trovare un difetto, non è un b&b ma un servizio colazione sarebbe il top 🔝. Abbiamo trovato comunque tutto per preparala comodamente in camera.
