La porte de la salle de bain qui ne se fermait pas correctement, le système coulissant en haut était défectueux étant donné que la porte était assez lourde.

Lokalizacja jest w porządku. Metro w miarę blisko. Budynki w okolicy pomazane, ale taki klimat. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia.
Mam wrażenie, że to mieszkanie nigdy nie było porządnie wysprzątane. Część uchwytów lepiła się od brudu, naczynia też wymagały umycia przed użyciem. Okno nie daje właściwie żadnej izolacji od hałasu ruchu ulicznego. Łóżko strasznie skrzypi przy każdym ruchu. Drzwi od łazienki ciężko się zamykają, nie mają uchwytu od wewnątrz. W łazience brak wieszaka na ręczniki kąpielowe.
