Nos atendieron muy bien al llegar, nuestra habitación tenía una vista hermosa hacia el castillo y el mar, es amplia, tiene una mesita para comer, cocina (nos preparamos el desayuno ahí todos los días), aire acondicionado. Está muy bien ubicado cerca del metro y del puerto, así que puedes ir del aeropuerto al puerto en el alibus (bus del aeropuerto) bajarte en la ultima parada (Molo Beverello) y caminar 3min al lugar y de regreso lo mismo. Tiene supermercados cerca y tiene varios puntos de interés muy cerca (galería umberto, funicular, etc). Tened en cuenta que en frente hacen conciertos/festivales que acaban a las 00h. Nosotras lo disfrutamos pero sabemos que no es para todo el mundo.

Algunos detalles: para llegar al ascensor hay algunos escalones, en la cocina vendría muy bien una tablita para picar, jabón lavavajillas para lavar, un mínimo de sal/azúcar o aceite porque son cosas que si las compras en el mercado te sobran y tienes que botar. En el baño ofrece un mini jabón y mini shampoo que alcanza para un día, lo mejor sería que tuviese dispensadores. También es necesario arreglar la base de la ducha que estaba rota.

The location and views were great

The staff on duty did not speak English, which made communication quite difficult. I had been assured that I would be able to leave my luggage at the property after checkout; however, no one was available when I arrived to drop it off. The time at which I intended to leave my luggage had been communicated in advance, so I was disappointed that the arrangement was not in place.

Дуже гучна музика під вікнами щодня з 20:00 до півночі. Ми зазвичай лягаємо спати раніше. Цього не було в оголошенні, це було дуже неприємним сюрпризом. Підлога була брудна, а одноразового кімнатного взуття не було

The location

No space to prep or store food. Hot water would run out quickly after just one shower. but there were three of us. Very kind manager met us and showed us the room. Location was great to central Naples, but the apartment itself had a lot of dust under the the bed. Also running out of hot water made it difficult to shower. Although air conditioning worked very well. Looks over all nicer in the pictures. It is over a hundred and fifty year old building.
