大阪駅から近いのでどこに行くにも便利でした。遠方から車で来てたので近くにたくさんパーキングがあるのと食事も近くにチェーン店の居酒屋や回転寿司やたこ焼き屋など食べるものには困らず、スーパーや銭湯もあるので寝泊まりをするだけの目的で来るならば全く問題なかったです👍
清潔感を気にする人であれば多少は気にするのかも？もともと古いアパート・マンションを多少リノベーションしてるぐらいって感じなので外観の雰囲気を見るとこんなもんだよね〜って感じはわかってたし、写真で見た感じのままです。過度な期待はしてなかったので全然気にならないかな。 綺麗な民泊を探せばもっとあるだろうけど価格・外観・清潔感・オプションを考えれば妥当な価格だと思います。
