L’appartement est très bien placé , proche de la gare dans un quartier animé , entouré de restaurants et rue commerçante. Il y a un seven eleven a proximité . Il est bien insonorisé, la cuisine est bien équipé, la salle de bain est petite mais ce n’est pas gênant , les toilettes sont à l’intérieur. Les lits sont confortables .Le gros plus une terrasse avec table et chaise ou nous avons pu manger a l’extérieur. On était au premier étage , il y a un ascenseur.Nous étions deux ,spacieux pour ranger nos valises , je conseille ce logement.

The location is very good. Tons of restaurants and shopping in the district. The place was comfortable although the four single beds in a fairly small space is t ideal. I get that it makes the property more versatile in terms of how many it can accomodate but for a couple it’s not ideal. But the place was clean and quite well set up, better than most of the b&bs we stayed in. If you want to fix your own meals you could do it here (but why would you with all the great eateries in the area?) it’s nice having a balcony too. And the price was reasonable.

Externally the property could present better. When we arrived our first impressions were of a bit of an unkempt place with boxes in the passageway, not too clean (this is the public areas, not the apartment. I guess the owner only has control of his property so maybe that’s an unfair comment. One slight negative was no TV which we didn’t mind but some might miss that.

バスタブに溜めたお湯を抜くと、排水溝から溢れて、トイレの方の床まで浸水してしまう点 洗濯機の外装全体が、土埃？の様なのもで汚れていた点 トイレ後の手拭きがなかった点(ハンドタオルか、ペーパータオルがあれば嬉しかった) 物干しが少ない点(4人分の服、下着、バスタオルを洗濯したが、ポールが一本と、短い突っ張り棒しかなく、全てを干すのに足りなかった。カーテンレールに干せる器具や、長めの突っ張り棒があれば嬉しかった。天候に不安がらあった為、外の物干しは利用していません) 酔った若者が明け方まで、賑やかだった点
