Odlična komunikacija sa vlasnicom, blizina centra, parking.
Zgrada je zapuštena, ali to ne utječe na smještaj koliko na vizualni dojam.

Apartment has everything you need. It's small but for one or two nights it's okay. Big benefit is that there is free parking. It's just a short walk to the town, while the botanical garden is right next door.
Received the instructions while waiting at the gate. Somehow confusing communication. You have to park on the street. Then get the key to the building from a locker outside the building. Once in the building you'll find another locker with the key to the apartment and for the gate. Meanwhile yor car is still standing on public road, blocking other traffic.

Dobra lokacija objekta, vlastiti parking. Jednostavan ulazak u objekt bez obzira na vrijeme dolaska. Ljubazni domaćini. Blizina javnog prijevoza,prodavaonice,ugostiteljskih objekata.

Die Lage ist zentrumsnah, recht ruhig (trotz Bahnnähe). Das Beste war die großzügige Parkmöglichkeit, im großen Hof. Ich hatte mit einem großen Anhänger genügend Platz. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war in diesen Tagen wertvoll.
Die Lichtschalter, Türen, etc waren stark verschmutzt. Auch das Bad war nicht wirklich sauber. Bett und Handtücher waren aber sehr in Ordnung und gepflegt.
