Un sitio muy acogedor y tranquilo, cuenta con todo lo necesario. Se hizo agradable la estancia

La nevera se hace algo incomoda de abrir porque está muy pegada a la estructura, y el sofá está algo viejo porque nos lo encontramos con alguna tablilla rota no te podías sentar en él, para que lo revisen.

Tenía todo lo necesario, era fresquito y muy bien ubicado. Si vuelvo a Tenerife , reservaré sin duda

I loved that it was within a closed gated apartment block, I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. The area within the block is beautiful, lush grass and palm trees all around, coming from rainy grey uk it felt like a paradise! There was also some friendly neighbourhood cats roaming about. The flat itself was lovely, you had all your essentials towels, pillows, pots & pans, cutlery, dishes, mugs etc. It was great to be able to cook using the hob, saved some money instead of eating out all the time! The bathroom was great, people had left various body soaps and toiletries, so I didn’t have to worry about that. I was happily surprised that I even had access to a mini washing machine in the bathroom! TV was good, you are able to sync your Netflix account to it which was fairly easy. Honestly I did not want to leave by the end, and will definitely have to stay for longer in future!

I had some trouble at the start of my stay - I arrived later than planned due to flight delays so got to the property in the evening. The check-in instructions are quite detailed, but at first I struggled to see where the lock boxes were. I got the keys out no problem, next was the door to the apartment. I’m not sure if it’s because I’d been flying all day and was exhausted but for the life of me I couldn’t figure out the locks.. I twisted and turned and couldn’t get in- eventually calling the contact number for assistance. They were very helpful, video calling me to see the issue and by magic I got the door open. Aside from this, it would have been nice to have a small electric heater in the room. The room got quite cold at night, I didn’t realise that most places on the island don’t have heating.. but I managed after buying an extra shirt. Good to note that the boiler turns off around 11pm - had to have a cold evening shower one night, but aside from that the hot water worked wonderfully.
