Quite new / refreshed studio. I liked balcony, full of sunshine. Comfortable table and chairs on balcony.
Spacious comfortable bathroom. Well equipped kitchenette. All you need for you holiday was there. Closed secured apartments complex. Swimming pool area.
Noise. Early mornings shop deliveries. Very noisy.
Cockroaches. Bad smell coming from sewage pipes.

Buono il prezzo del monolocale, Buona la posizione e buona la disposizione con tutti i confort che occorrono per una vacanza.
Non abbiamo conosciuto il proprietario. Nonostante diverse sollecitazioni telefoniche, che riguardavano il funzionamento del piano cottura elettrico, il codice blocco/sblocco cassaforte e serratura porte principale difettosa, non si è mai presentato. Il vicino di casa, con televisione accesa tutta la notte, pareti finissime quindi continue arrabbiature.
Scarafaggi grandi anche 5 cm in giro per il bagno. Per finire, essendoci un supermercato molto vicino, la mattina era sveglia presto per carrelli di merci che venivano movimentati sui marciapiedi. Il rumore era tremendo.
