Location is great, walking distance from the centre. The Common facilities are good and at least when I was there it was quite but that is dependant mainly on the other guests in the other rooms. Overall good value for money
Firstly the definitions: what they call a guest house with 4 private flats and free parking for me is a flat with 4 private room and free street parking (which at certain hours not easy to find). That mattress on the sofa bad was very uncomfortable, I think a light sleeper would not sleep well on it. generally the room needs some updating.

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è sicuramente un aspetto che ci è piaciuto di più, oltre alla posizione vicino alla Cattedrale. La vicinanza ai servizi di trasporto e ai mini market, praticamente erano ovunque. La stanza, nonostante le piccole dimensioni, aveva l'essenziale ed era ben riscaldata. La signora delle pulizie è stata gentile ed è stata molto scrupolosa nel sistemare e pulire gli ambienti.
Il materasso(divano letto) era scomodo. L'interruttore della luce della stanza era all'esterno. Alcune persone che dormivano nelle altre stanze avevano l'abitudine di lasciare pentole e piatti sporchi dentro al lavandino e asciugamani sporchi nel bagno (ambienti ad uso comune).

Miejsce dobrze skomunikowane, blisko do atrakcji Wrocławia. Winda. Osoba utrzymująca czystość bardzo się stara.
Wszystko mocno wyeksploatowane ,do remontu, pościel do wymiany. Duźy hałas z ulicy.
