Le dimensioni della camera, la pulizia e la cortesia dell’host. Anche la posizione non è male.
La camera non si può chiudere a chiave, il bagno non è privato come risulta su Booking ma è condiviso. Per correttezza bisogna dire che ci sono due bagni e tre camere, quindi non ci sono stati particolari problemi.

Podobał mi się klimat pokoju, mnóstwo przestrzeni, było czysto, kontakt z właścicielem/obsługą bardzo dobry, zarówno szybko odpisywał na sms jak i telefony. Lokalizacyjnie blisko do wyspy słodowej, troszkę dalej na rynek, ale spacer po Wrocławiu to sama przyjemność, więc Nam to nie przeszkadzało. Co do parkingu, faktycznie nie musieliśmy szukać zbyt długo miejsc, więc też jak najbardziej ok.

Clean, well-equipped , comfortable, good location, quiet , private bathroom , friendly and approachable owner who immediately answered any questions !
No possibility to lock the door to your room but this was a really minor aspect. The whole place was safe .

Not so comfortable, not so much privacy. No self check in, the owner has to wait for you to hand over the keys to you. The room I was giving was right in front of the kitchen for the whole flat. Plus the owner lives in the same flat with you.
