Não há quase nada de utensílios , banheiro estava com as paredes mofadas e sujas horríveis , pelo valor pago em euro não valia .

Quarto confortável, boa localização e ótima área comum para trabalho. O apartamento tem itens básicos de cozinha em ótimo estado (louças, talheres e eletrodomésticos) e tudo estava em pleno funcionamento. O apartamento fica no segundo andar, de frente para a rua e por isso tem uma varanda maior que nos andares superiores. Inicialmente tive medo por estar tão próximo à rua (andar baixo), mas não tive nenhum incidente ruim. A lavanderia autônoma (Omo) no subsolo do prédio é prática e não tinha fila para uso.
A varanda não estava limpa e muitas das panelas disponíveis para uso não eram possíveis de serem usadas, pois o fogão é de indução. Sugiro trocar esses itens por um bule ou garrafa térmica para passar café com mais conforto e colocar uma fechadura mais forte na porta da sacada (era apenas um trinco padrão).

When I got to the property I was able to get into the building but they didn't update the digital keys in the app.
I paid extra for an early check in, but the digital keys weren't updated on their app. I had to wait for an hour before someone could help me.

Atendimento deixou a desejar; informações pouco claras e incompletas para o check in. Deveria ter um passo-a-passo bem claro e não no meio de um monte de outras informações. Além disso, o wi-fi do quarto não estava funcionando. O check in é muito tarde e o check out muito cedo.
