Flat bem localizado. O prédio estava passando por reformas, mas não atrapalhou em nada. Check in super prático. Quarto em bom tamanho e bom chuveiro.
O apartamento em si precisa de um pouco de manutenção. O piso tinha algumas partes se soltando e falta um pouco de utensílios. Não tinha cafeteira e bem coador de café. Só tinha 1 xícara.

O sistema funciona legal porem apenas com o codigo.
O acionamento pelo app nao funcionou. O principal do meu desgosto com essa hospedagem foi que as paredes do quarto estavam com muita infiltraçao vindo do banheiro, o que a cada banho deixava ele todo alagado pelo caimento mal feito do box do banheiro.
