The property was clean and tidy, and great location for what I needed.

Someone parked in our spot once but that’s not the property’s fault. Perhaps a sign might help?

Great security. Handy to both Perth city and Fremantle with a bus stop right outside the door. Quite quiet despite being on a main road. Efficient aircon and generally facilities were fine. The beds were comfortable with a great choice of bed linen to suit all weathers.

Very dirty overall. We had to de-mould and sanitise both showers before use. They were unhygienic, covered in black mould and smelled. We also had to clean the washing machine before we could use it as the rubber around the door was covered in black slime and for some reason had two loose rusty bolts stuck under the seal. There was rubbish under one of the beds and on top of the fridge that had been there for a long time as it was covered in dust. The electric points and double adaptors behind one of the beds were smothered in dust. We removed dried up spills on one of the bedroom carpets. The vacuum cleaner and dust buster provided were already full to overflowing with dirt when we arrived and we chose not to use the unclean balcony.
