Had everything that we needed, including coffee capsules, dryer and kitchen roll. Walking distance to restaurants in a neighborhood that felt safe to walk at night.
No heater or air conditioner in 2 of the rooms. It was fine for us as the weather was not too cold and we could leave small gaps in the windows for fresh air.

Excellent location, central to most places that we wanted to visit.
Visitation policy to allow friends (i.e. not party) would be great. While it is noted that prior permission could be sought, it seemed too tedious. Ended up meeting friends outside instead.
