Apartamento con terraza a 4 minutos de la Catedral

La ubicación es perfecta. La luz que entraba en la habitación y las vistas.

Nos cambiaron la habitación en el último momento, teníamos una con un patio y nos dieron una sin él. Las llaves se tienen que coger en una ubicación diferente al piso. La puerta de acceso es bastante fea y difícil de encontrar. Los colchones no son cómodos. El agua del grifo sabe raro.

Las llaves las recogimos en una inmobiliaria, sería mejor que quedase más cerca, sin embargo no supone mucho problema llegar hasta allí

El secador estaba dañado, lo comunicamos pero no nos realizaron el cambio del mismo y habían pocas mantas para el sofá cama de la sala, pedimos una y nos trajeron una muy delgada.

La ubicación y estaba bastante completo.

Hacía un poco de frío en el apartamento y no funcionaban bien los controles del aire acondicionado. Podría tener algún vaso más..

The apartment is in a great location as it is handy to all the local attractions, bars and restaurants. There is also a mini supermarket at the end of the street that is family owned. The apartment has a fantastic kitchen with everything you would need for your stay including a toaster, microwave, oven with hotplates, dishwasher, good size fridge and even a washing machine. There's a nice patio area.

Well to start when completing the online paperwork you have to fill out and sign a contract before you can proceed with the confirmation of the booking...However upon receiving a copy of the contract, it was not signed by the other party and on obtaining the keys, it was a pain as we had to pick them up from an entirely different location. On arrival the that office it was closed so we had to call a number to obtain the code for the lock-box...Then make our way to the apartment which was about a kilometre away. (It should be noted that if you want someone to meet you with the key there is a charge and there is also a charge for cleaning the apartment.) On arrival the main entrance door lock was faulty but after a few goes we got in and made it to the apartment which was on the 2nd floor. Upon entry the first thing we noticed was a lack of privacy as the blind for the window over the breakfast table was missing. The rest of the apartment looked quite nice. We had a terrible sleep during our stay, due to a very lumpy and saggy mattress (Which needs replacing) as we would meet in the middle and basically had to climb out of bed. I ended up sleeping on the divan. There was old brown mould around the base of the shower and the shower head repeatedly fell from its mounting. On leaving the apartment there's no handle to open the door with, so you have to use the frame of the lock. Speaking of locks...On one occasion when we tried to leave through the main entrance we found that the cleaning staff had deadlocked us in but we finally managed to release the lock. The stairwell can be very noisy if there are loud people in the other apartment. Would we stay here again.....NO!
