SNOWCREST 210B - 1 BEDROOM, 1 BATH (sleeps 6) - BEDDING: Queen, 1 set of bunk beds in the hallway and sofa bed in the living room. This one-bedroom unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, whether you prefer to cook a hearty meal or just brew a cup of hot cocoa, you'll find all the necessary appliances and utensils at your disposal. The condo provides a comfortable space to refresh and rejuvenate. The space is adorned with comfortable seating, an electric fireplace, and large glass sliders that provide stunning views of the surrounding snow-covered landscape.
BUILDING AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free long distance calling, Laundry Facility, Free Resort Shuttle Service. Also has a community indoor Hot Tub, fire pit, and gaming room w/pool table.

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Last minute plan to join a group skiing. Location of this is good for not being right in village still. The bus picks up right in Snowcrest parking lot, you can walk down hill to top of the World for food, ski rentals and you are located at the top of Soaring Eagle ski lift. It was easy to ski down from here to the village or stop at the bar on the slope. Would stay in this location again but next time will likely stay in the village to try that out.
