Leatherbark 306A is only a 5-minute walk to the Village/slopes. The condo's main level enjoys a large, open floorplan with a living/sitting area, dining space, and full kitchen. Washer and dryer. The main bedroom is very large and roomy! 2nd bedroom is a large loft with a full size bed, as well as two twin beds. Leatherbark is on the main walking path and free shuttle route. There is a large grassy area in the rear-perfect for frisbee! Firepit area, bike washing station, and basketball hoop.

Extra towels would be appreciated, walking distance to convenient store and slope. Games are a nice touch left for us to play.

Location is short walk to ballhooter lift and village. Not difficult to make at all, can also cut down to behind flume shack after short walk in opposite direction. Large master bed room with comfy pull out couch and multiple beds in loft.

Due to cold weather, it took a little time for the condo to warm up after turning on/up all of the heaters. It was not exactly ski in/out. You have to walk/ski a ways before you get to the slopes. Other than that, it met all our needs. The property manager was great at responding timely to all questions asked.
