Bwthyn consists of a kitchen/diner with gas oven, hob and AGA, microwave, fridge, dining seating for eight, a utility with washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer, a sitting room with TV and wood burner, a games room with TV and pool table, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a twin with en-suite cloakroom, and two twins, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. There is a rear enclosed garden with patio, gas barbecue, furniture and lawn, plus off-road parking for four cars. Within 1.1 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach. Sorry, no smoking.
