Makes a nice change to find somewhere that is bigger than looks on the photographs. Lovely spacious property. Very clean. Perfect for a family holiday. Our reason for staying was a visit to Portmeirion and this was located perfectly. Very quiet area. Lovely surprise in that a small steam railway runs right behind the house, which our 4 year-old niece thought was brilliant. Even this is fairly quiet so won’t disturb your time at the house. Very comfortable stay.
Not really a dislike but no outdoor space. We didnt need it but can imagine it would be wanted in summer time or for longer stays.
Cannot leave dog unattended. Didn’t realise this when we booked as the property is advertised as dog friendly, so assumed this would be ok. Didn’t take the dog with us in the end.
Parking is tight but manageable.

Property was very spacious and immaculately clean throughout. All of the family were impressed with the accommodation. Communication with host was clear, concise and accurate - nothing was too much trouble.
Lack of private outdoor space - although we knew this wasn't available when booking and didn't spoil our stay

Lots of space, very clean and modern. Well situated with lovely views. Nice welcome pack and the Xmas tree and decorations were a nice touch.
Just little things really, more than 1 tea towel would be helpful, and condiments like salt and pepper. The heating is not easy to regulate and we didn’t have hot water in the main shower one night (but fine the next?)
